If you request me for a commission, this means that you’ve read, understood and agreed to my terms of service.

You are purchasing for a digital artwork, not printed content.

You may not make changes once you confirm the sketch.

You may ask for your commission status anytime or just check it on my commission queue.

I reserve the right of decline the commission.

Commissions take around 1 week—3 months after payment.

Your messages must be in English or Spanish. Any other will be ignored.

My prices may change in the future.

Invoices expire after 2 weeks. Once expired you may ask for a resend, otherwise I will assume that the order was canceled.

Everything you don’t specify about the order gives me the right to decide freely how to make it.

Please, be patient. I’m doing my best for a better quality piece.

Any commision update or WIP will be watermarked.

Do NOT ask me to draw a different art style.

You have the right to use the commissioned piece(s) for personal use unless otherwise stated.

I have the full right to use the commissioned piece, including self-promote or update my portfolio.

You may not edit/sell/trace my work without my permission, claim the work itself as your own or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed.

NFT or AI software purposes are strictly prohibited.

Credits are very appreciated.

Payment is upfront via Paypal. Invoice only.

I’ll start working after the full payment.

Payments are in USD currency.

You may only ask for a refund before the sketch is sent to you.

You must fill the order form.

If I accept your request, you'll be added to my queue and the invoice will be sent to you.

Once paid, I will start your order and send the sketch awaiting for your approval. Check carefully and let me know if anything must be changed.

After the sketch is approved by you, I will finish your commission and send it to you un-watermarked in full resolution.

Complex details: +$10 and up

Pets and props: +$20 and up

Rush: +50%

Private commission: +50%

Commercial fee - BASIC: +100% (Game assets, promotional uses, etc)

Commercial fee - FULL: +200% (You can sell it as merchandise)
